ATEC – AUSTRALIAN TOURISM EXPORT COUNCIL
ATEC is the peak industry body representing Australia’s tourism export sector. ATEC represents more than 800 members across Australia. Services include B2B opportunities, industry advocacy and development, education and business capacity building, domestic and national networking events and conferences.
AMIC – AUSTRALIAN MEAT INDUSTRY COUNCIL
The Australian Meat Industry Council (AMIC) is the peak council that represents retailers, processors and smallgoods manufacturers. It is the only industry association representing the post-farm-gate Australian meat industry. As the peak council, AMIC confers with members, governments and industry groups to influence policy and provide technical and other advice to the industry.
AMIC represents its members on many committees, ranging from technical, food standards, food safety, communications and export, to ensure the best trading environment for members and the industry.
MINTRAC – NATIONAL MEAT INDUSTRY TRAINING ADVISORY COUNCIL LTD
MINTRAC represents the meatindustry on training matters. MINTRAC’s role is to improve the skills of workers in the industry by providing recognised, accredited training from entry level through to senior management. MINTRAC provides services to the red meat, pork and game meat industries.
